Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We accept return requests made within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, in the condition received, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
To request a return, email support@n8cyclesupply.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we provide a prepaid return label for a customer-choice return, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at support@n8cyclesupply.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for gift cards, items marked final sale, or products that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered processing or shipped cannot be canceled, but eligible items may be returned after delivery under this policy.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after we approved your refund, contact support@n8cyclesupply.com.
