Where We Ship

N8 Cycle Supply currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Our standard U.S. shipping rate is currently $4.99. Estimated delivery is generally 7–20 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, weather, holiday, customs, supplier, or destination delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to begin displaying movement.

Multiple Packages

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order arrives in multiple packages.

Address Changes

Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact support@n8cyclesupply.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact support@n8cyclesupply.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier or supplier on the appropriate resolution.
